Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website.

Change / Cancellation

  • No cancellation of order is accepted and duing of the nature of our products, all flowers / plants / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If there are any issues with your flowers, please kindly contact us within 48 hours of received.
  • If you wish to change your order, a notification of 48 hours is required for bouquets / baskets; and 2 weeks notice is required for wedding or other floral decoration arrangements.
  • Any bespoke order shall be made 7 days in advance to guarantee the availability of the chosen flowers
  • All orders made email / online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please feel free to contact us immediately.


  • Online orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Apple Pay is also available on mobile web. Your payment will be securely handled by the payment gateway call Stripe.
  •  bank transfer is also accepted,  please contact us for instructions before ordering. Your order will be processed after we receive confirmation of your transfer.
  • We accept cash for orders placed in person at our studio.
  • Valentine’s Day collection cannot be used in any promotional offers.
  • Your creadit card information will be handled by Stripe directly, for more information about Stripe, please via Stripe's Security

Personal Information

  • When you register an account or make a order with us, you may provide your personal detials such as name, email, contact number, billing address and shipping addresse, those information will be kept on Squarespace servers.   • For delivery to locations that are not available at checkout, please give us a call to discuss individual delivery schedule and charges.
  • Our derlivery times:

Monday to Saturday (expected Public Holidays)

10:00am – 1:00pm

2:00pm – 6:00pm

Sorry, delivery serive will not be provided on Sunday and Public Holidays (excepted the peak season of Valentine’s Day and Monther’s Day), If you would like to have any order on Sunday, please kindly contact us for further details. Additional charges may apply.

  • Orders must be placed 1 working day in advance with daily cut-off time at 6pm. For the orders placed after 6:oopm, will be processed on the day after tomorrow (expected to the peak season of Valentine’s Day and the collection of 99R, please contact us for further details, see how can we help).
  • Delivery time requested will be acommodated with our best possible, yet it will subject to traffic situations.
  • It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery during the allotted timeframe. Please provide the recipients real name where he/she can be identified at the delivery location.
  • In the case of Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm signal being hoisted delivery services will be immediately suspended.



  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices may be increased during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Seasonal Availability



  • As flowers are seasonal, substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equivalent or greater value, but will ensure the overall color scheme, size and shape. 
  • As flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown on our web site or photo reference. However, our florist will make every effort to maintain color scheme, size and shape.







  • By registering for our workshops you understand that your seat will be reserved only upon receipt of full payment by the due date.
  • Due to the high demand for workshops, no refunds or exchanges can be offered once payment is received. 
  • If you are unable to attend the workshop your seat may be transferred to another friend/family member, simply let us know the contact name and email/phone number of the new participant as soon as possible.
  • Please arrive promptly to all classes. Classes must start on time so as to not inconvenience other students or delay other classes. Should you arrive after the allocated starting time you understand that our teacher may not be able to repeat content and no refunds or partial refunds will be given.
  • If Forest By K Limited must cancel the workshop for any reason. A full refund will be given for the workshop amount only. We are not liable for any travel, or other expenses associated with attending the workshop.
